This honey is collected from a native wildflower inland of the Coral Coast and Kalbarri in Western Australia. BEing sourced so remotely ensures that we can deliver an Organic certification on this honey, delivering purity and quality in every jar. It has a milder antibacterial MGO rating of 300, which is great for daily wellbeing maintenance.
TASTING NOTE: There’s a familiar salty sweetness that’s true to many Australian native honeys. It’s delightfully smooth and rich without being overly sweet, expect notes of molasses, maple bacon and salted caramel.
