Traditional Switchel - Raspberry & Ginger

Our 'real deal' Switchel is based on traditional 'Haymakers Punch', the drink of choice in rural America in the 18th & 19th century.

After a long hot day working up a sweat in the hayfields, Switchel was used for Hypotonic Hydration, before they knew that electrolyte replacement was even a thing, as such Switchel is thought to be the 'Original Sports Drink'.

Our Switchel is all natural & refined sugar free & contains only 40kJ per can, sweetened with around 0.5g of raw honey per can.

We don't mess with stevia or any other modern sweeteners / additives that may leave an aftertaste, just a light, fizzy, refreshing, thirst quenching can of all natural Switchel, so that you can crack it & crush it!
