Rapadura Sugar

Topwil Organic Rapadura Sugar is sourced from sustainable organically certified farms in Sri Lanka. Organic sugar cane juice is evaporated over low heat, leaving behind a solid which is then ground into a grainy sugar. Use as a 1 to 1 substitute for other sugars in baking, desserts, coffee and tea.
