Organically grown tomatoes are vine-ripened under the Italian sun, which means nature can do what it does best. They're then mashed and carefully sieved into this smooth, full-flavoured passata with fragrant basil. 

No added sugars, thickeners, or numbers. Voilà, simple sophistication!
