Whole Tigernuts with a naturally sweet vanilla-almond flavour and firm yet chewy texture. Tigernuts are not actually nuts, but tiny tubers growing beneath the surface of open flood plains. The tubers are carefully extracted, cleaned then dried naturally and slowly.

Our fairly traded and sustainably harvested organic tigernuts are sourced from small scale farmers in West Africa, creating opportunities for producers in developing countries to invest in their business and communities for a sustainable future.
