Sea Lettuce Flakes

Sea Lettuce (Ulva), is technically an algae – a sea plant, part of the green seaweed group. It is harvested from the wild, air dried to preserve nutrients then milled to create our flakes.

Sea Lettuce Flakes are a nutritious garnish with a subtle, mildly peppery, sorrel like flavour. If you are anemic or need to supplement iodine these make a fabulous garnish – so easy to sprinkle it on what you are already eating rather than pay for expensive supplements you always forget to take!
