Rosemary Organic - TESTER

Rosemary is a popular study/work aid, muscle relaxant and hair tonic. STUDY BLEND: Add 2 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Lemon, 2 drops Basil & 2 drops Peppermint to a diffuser. MUSCLE RUB: Mix 6 drops Rosemary with 1 tablespoon Unscented Jojoba Cream or 1 tablespoon Almond Oil and massage into sore areas. HAIR TONIC: Add 3 drops Rosemary to 1 tablespoon of your shampoo. Combine 2 drops Rosemary with 2 drops dispersal and add to a cup of warm water. After shampooing and conditioning, use as a final rinse. POST WORKOUT SOAK: Combine 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Lavender & 2 drops Marjoram with 6 drops dispersant and 1 cups Epsom Salts and add to a warm bath.
