Caldera Coffee began in 2021 in Newrybar in the Byron Bay hinterland. A Second-generation coffee roaster with a focus on sourcing premium organic coffee beans and crafting a medium roast known for its full-bodied, smooth flavor, delivering an exceptional coffee experience.

Our signature blend is a smooth medium roast with flavours of caramel and chocolate. Vibrant, smooth and full bodied.

We source our premium arabica coffee beans from certified organic farms and is Mycotoxin free.
