Our Coconut Sugar is made with minimal processing, and definitely no nasty stuff! It's just the evaporated nectar from the flower of organically grown coconut palm trees. That's it! 

Thanks to this simple process, all the goodness inherent to the coconut flower is preserved. With it's sweet-malty, wholesome deliciousness, our coconut sugar makes the perfect alternative to refined sugars.
