This glaze retains all the tradition and unmistakable flavour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. 

Dense and robust, it is very easy to use; a small amount enhances the taste of any dish from starters to desserts.

Ingredients:
Grape juice, balsamic vinegar of Modena (38%) (wine vinegar, cooked grape must, colouring agent: E150d), modified corn starch.
Contains sulphites.
