It took nearly 20 trials to perfect our Breakfast blend. We wanted strength, maltiness, good colour, and a clean edge of astringency. The result is a bold, full-bodied cup of Assam and Nilgiri — strong enough for milk, smooth enough to enjoy black.The best breakfast teas are built on robust black teas. Ours pairs malty Assam with smooth, aromatic Nilgiri for depth, strength, and a touch of natural sweetness.
