Designed to support bone health, density and strength, Bone Build is a wholefood calcium complex that combines hydroxyapatite calcium with the key nutrients your body needs to absorb, utilise and mineralise calcium.
Unlike standard calcium supplements that use calcium carbonate, Bone Build uses MCH-Cal® — a 100% natural, wholefood hydroxyapatite calcium complex derived from bovine bone and naturally structured similarly to the mineral found in human bone.
It combines:
- MCH-Cal® (Wholefood Hydroxyapatite): A natural wholefood calcium complex that supports healthy bone mass, density and growth. Each daily dose provides approximately 500mg of elemental calcium.
- Vitamin D3: Supports the absorption of calcium and helps your body utilise the calcium you're taking in.
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7): Supports bone mineralisation and helps direct calcium into bone tissue.
- Boron: A trace mineral that aids the metabolism and utilisation of calcium.
Together, these four clinically relevant nutrients work as a complete system to support healthy bone development, bone density, mineralisation and strength, including bone strength in post-menopausal women as part of a diet adequate in calcium and vitamin D.
Bone Build is designed for ongoing daily use, with 3 capsules taken daily with food.
